We sell Home Team Heroes products to consumers via our online store. Separate terms may apply to wholesale/retailer orders.

2. Scope & language

These terms apply to consumer purchases from our website. They do not limit your rights under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

3. Ordering & contract formation

Placing items in the basket does not create a contract. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation. We may decline an order (e.g., clear pricing errors, stock issues, fraud checks).

4. Prices, taxes & duties

Prices are shown in EUR/GBP as indicated on the site.
We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.

EU: prices include VAT; no import duties within the EU.
UK: orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), VAT and duties included.
Non-EU/UK: local taxes/duties may apply and are your responsibility.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card/wallet is authorised and charged on order. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimates are shown at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Parcels typically arrive faster than letter post. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address or collection point you selected; title passes on full payment.

7. Right to cancel (cooling-off)

If you are in the EU/UK, you may cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. To cancel, email info@hometeamheroes.fi with your order number and a clear statement before the deadline. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling. You pay the return postage unless we sent the wrong item or the goods are faulty/damaged. We refund the product price (and the cheapest standard delivery cost, where applicable) within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of posting, using your original payment method.

Condition on return: you may handle goods to check their nature and characteristics as in a shop. We may deduct for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that (e.g., opening sealed collectible card packs).

8. Returns & refunds outside cooling-off

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to report damage/loss, start a return, and timelines. Opened products (e.g., opened collectible packs) are not eligible for return.

9. Defective or not-as-described goods (statutory guarantee)

If goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise non-conforming, you are entitled to remedies under EU/UK consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Contact us promptly with your order number and photos where relevant.

10. Promotions, discount codes & gift cards

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. Only one automatic discount applies per order. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

11. Pre-orders

Estimated dispatch windows for pre-orders are shown on product pages. Dates are indicative and may change due to manufacturing or logistics.

12. Acceptable use

You must not misuse our site, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect abuse or fraud.

13. Intellectual property

14. Liability

We are not liable for loss we could not reasonably foresee when the contract was made. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier disruption, natural events).

16. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where mandatory consumer law grants that right. If we cannot resolve a complaint, Finnish consumers can seek guidance from the Consumer Advisory Services and may apply to the Consumer Disputes Board for an out-of-court recommendation. 17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at checkout applies to your order.
