Payment Service Providers

Shopify Payments: Easy and secure debit and credit card payments, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay, facilitated by Shopify, which operates the online store payment applications.

Klarna Checkout: In collaboration with Klarna, we offer flexible and convenient payment options, allowing you to shop whenever and however you like.

Return Policy

Customers of the online store have a 14-day exchange and return right according to the Consumer Protection Act. Customers have the right to exchange or return part or all of the items in their order.

Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. The protective plastic of the returned item must be intact. Even products damaged during transportation must remain unopened.

If you wish to return or exchange items, please first contact customer service for return instructions. Please include your name and contact information with the return.

By default, the sender of the return is responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the item arrives in resalable condition. If the item is defective or incorrectly sent, the return is free of charge. If we have sent the wrong item or if an item is missing from the order, we will cover the additional delivery and return costs. The refunded amount will be returned via the payment method you used.

Before returning an item, please contact customer service (info@hometeamheroes.fi). You will receive a return code, after which the return can be taken to a courier's location and sent back with the return code. We do not accept returns that are sent to us without first contacting customer service.

Please note that used products cannot be returned. For example, opened collectible card packs (including their protective plastic) and similar items are no longer in resalable condition once opened.

Return of Uncollected Shipments

In the rare case that a package we sent is returned to us uncollected, we will automatically refund the payment, subtracting the costs incurred (shipping fees and materials).
