How It Works

1. We Create Your Custom Team Deck
Working closely with your brand guidelines, we design a bespoke 60-card deck featuring your players, club colours, and identity. Include your first team, women's squad, youth players, coaching staff or even a club mascot. The choice is yours.

2. Simple Photo Requirements
As not every club has access to pro-tier photography or extensive image archives, we've created a photo shooting model suitable for any club. The minimum we need are two photos per player: one portrait and one celebration shot. No professional photography required. Smartphone photos against a plain background work perfectly. We give you easy and simple instructions, and we handle all the editing and design work.

3. You Approve, We Produce
Review and approve the card designs before printing. Once happy, we begin production and open pre-orders on our webshop. Manufacturing takes approximately three weeks.

4. Earn With Every Sale
For each deck sold at €29.90 / £25.90, your club receives €7.50 / ~£6.50. Sales reports and payments are provided quarterly, with complete transparency and the option to audit sales in real-time. Clubs can also purchase decks at retailer price (€11.90 / ~£10.28, VAT 0%) for their own shop sales, keeping all the profit from direct sales.

5. Fast, Hassle-Free Delivery
We use UPS to ship products quickly to customers internationally. For UK customers, we're UK VAT and EORI registered, shipping with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means no surprise customs fees or import hassles for your supporters: the price they see is the price they pay.

Two Ways to Partner: Find Your Perfect Fit

We're passionate about collaborating with clubs at every level of football, from leagues and academies to grassroots. Every club and team plays a vital role in their community, and we want to support that invaluable work. At the same time, we believe in complete transparency about how we ensure these partnerships work for everyone involved.

The reality is that each Team Deck's primary audience consists of the people closest to your club: supporters, players and their families, junior members and their parents, local sponsors, and community members. Whilst we occasionally see orders from collectors and gamers further afield, success ultimately depends on reaching your immediate football family.

We've designed two partnership tiers to ensure we can work with clubs of all sizes whilst maintaining sustainable operations:

Tier 1: Full Partnership Programme

Reserved for clubs with established community presence and marketing channels. We look at factors such as social media engagement, matchday attendance, and whether the partnership brings something unique to our catalogue (such as our first women's team collaboration or our inaugural Isthmian League partnership with Leatherhead FC).

Tier 1 partners have no minimum order requirements. We simply ask that you share news of your Team Deck through your existing channels – website, social media, newsletters – and pin the advertisement for your Team Deck to your website and/or social media accounts where your fans will see it, ensuring your supporters know about this exciting new way to support the club.

Tier 2: Community Partnership Programme

Perfect for grassroots clubs, lower leagues, youth teams, and clubs still building their marketing presence. We create professional digital mockups of your cards and package design, then open pre-orders on our website.

Once 25 pre-orders are received, production begins (minimum run of 50 units). We provide all the marketing materials you need to reach your members through whatever channels you use. If the threshold isn't met within the timeframe, all pre-orders are automatically refunded – zero risk to anyone.

As a thank you for helping spread the word, Tier 2 partners receive increased royalty (€8.00 / £6.95 per deck versus €7.50 / £6.50 for Tier 1), meaning an immediate €200 / £174 when you reach the 25 pre-order threshold, with quarterly payments thereafter. Those initial pre-orders essentially fund the first production run, creating a self-sustaining model that grows with demand.

Both tiers offer the same professional quality product, the same dedicated support, and the same celebration of your club's unique identity. The only difference is how we manage the initial launch to ensure success for everyone involved.
