Delivery & Prices

Priority Letter

Orders of up to seven single cards (extra card sets) have option for International Priority Letter. The letter rate is offered at checkout when the basket is under the weight threshold.
- Finland: €3.90
- United Kingdom: £4.50
- Rest of the Europe: €4.95

Parcels

Finland
- Posti S-Parcel: €6.90
- Prices include Finnish VAT (25.5%).

European Union (EU)
- UPS Access Point: €9.90
- UPS Home delivery: €19.90
- Prices include VAT. No additional import fees within the EU.

United Kingdom
- UPS Access Point: £9.90
- UPS Home delivery: £16.90
- We are VAT- and EORI-registered for UK shipments. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): VAT and duties are included, with smooth delivery and no customs paperwork for you.

Rest of Europe (non-EU, non-UK)
- UPS Access Point: €9.90 (where available)
- UPS Home delivery: €19.90
- Prices exclude taxes and customs import duties; the customer is responsible for any charges on import.

Delivery Times

Items are dispatched from our own Finland based warehouse are shipped within 24hrs and typically delivered within 1-2 working days in Finland and 2-5 working days internationally. Actual times may vary by product, delivery method, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on method, weight/size, and any additional services. For pre-order products, the estimated dispatch/delivery time is stated on the product page. If your order contains <7 cards (extra card sets), you have an option to choose priority letter on checkout page. International priority letters have less predictable delivery times, as they are dependent on handling by multiple organisations (post offices in each country); therefore, please consider choosing a UPS parcel if your order is urgent.

Tracking & Support

Parcel services include tracking; Priority Letters may have limited or no tracking depending on destination.

Damaged or missing items

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, email info@hometeamheroes.fi without delay (within 14 days of the expected delivery date). with your order number, photos of the outer packaging and contents, and a description of the issue. Do not discard the packaging until we confirm the case is closed, as the carrier may request inspection. We (the retailer) will handle any carrier claim (e.g., UPS) on your behalf and will repair/replace or refund according to consumer law. You are not required to contact the carrier directly, but we may ask for reasonable cooperation (photos, retaining packaging, availability for inspection).

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels after dispatch. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or uncollected, see the “Uncollected parcels” section in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
