Delivery and Prices
Priority Letter: For order 7 single cards or fewer (extra card sets) the shipment option includes a priority letter:
- Finland: 2.90€

Europe: 3.90€
- United Kingdom: £3.50
- Rest of the World: 5.90€
Finland:
- 6.90€ for Posti S-Parcel. Prices include Finnish VAT 25.5%.
EU:
- UPS Parcel to nearest UPS Access Point 9.90€ or to home address 19.90€. Prices include Taxes/Duties/VAT.
United Kingdom:
- UPS Parcel to nearest UPS Access Point £9.90 or to home address £16.90. Prices include Taxes/Duties/VAT. We are VAT and EORI-registered for UK shipping, which means all taxes and duties are included in our prices and delivieries are smooth without customs hassle.
The Rest of the Europe (non-EU and non-UK countries):
- UPS Parcel to nearest UPS Access Point 13.90€ or to home address 19.90€. Prices exclude taxes and customs import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Rest of the World:
- UPS Parcel to nearest UPS Access Point 29.90€ or to home address 39.90€. Prices exclude taxes and customs import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time
Delivery times for products are stated on the product pages. Generally, products shipped from stock are delivered within 1-2 business days within Finland and 2-5 business days internationally (only business days are counted for delivery time), but this may vary depending on the product, delivery method, or country. Any exceptions to delivery times will be clearly stated on the website. Parcels are delivered much faster than letter mail.
Orders are shipped on weekdays. Shipping costs are determined by the selected delivery method, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You will see the shipping costs in the checkout before finalizing your order.
The estimated delivery time for pre-order products will be stated on the product page.
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, please inform customer service at info@hometeamheroes.fi without delay, but within 14 days. Damaged parcels must be reported immediately to the carrier (e.g., UPS, Posti).
Return Policy
Customers of the online store have a 14-day exchange and return policy in accordance with consumer protection laws. Customers have the right to exchange or return part or all of the products in their order.
Returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. The protective film on the returned product must be intact. Products that have been damaged during transport must also remain unopened.
If you wish to return or exchange products, please first contact customer service and request return instructions. Please include your name and contact details with your return.
As a general rule, the sender of the return is responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the return arrives in resalable condition. If the product is faulty or, for example, incorrectly sent, the return is free of charge. If we have sent the wrong product or if an item is missing from the order, we will cover any extra shipping and return costs. The refund will be processed to the payment method used.
Before making a return, please contact customer service (info@hometeamheroes.fi). You will receive a return code, after which you can drop off the return at a carrier’s office and send it back to us using the provided return code. We do not accept returns that are sent to us without first contacting customer service.
Please note that opened products are not eligible for returns. For example, opened collectible card packs (including protective wrapping) and similar products are no longer in resellable condition once opened.
Non-collected Shipments Returned to the Sender
In the rare event that a parcel we have sent is returned to us as uncollected, we will automatically refund the amount, deducting the costs incurred (delivery fee and materials).
