Right of Return
Customers of the online store have a 14-day exchange and return policy in accordance with consumer protection laws. Customers have the right to exchange or return part or all of the products in their order.
Returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. The protective film on the returned product must be intact. Products that have been damaged during transport must also remain unopened.
If you wish to return or exchange products, please first contact customer service and request return instructions. Please include your name and contact details with your return.
As a general rule, the sender of the return is responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the return arrives in resalable condition. If the product is faulty or, for example, incorrectly sent, the return is free of charge. If we have sent the wrong product or if an item is missing from the order, we will cover any extra shipping and return costs. The refund will be processed to the payment method used.
Before making a return, please contact customer service (info@hometeamheroes.fi). You will receive a return code, after which you can drop off the return at a carrier’s office and send it back to us using the provided return code. We do not accept returns that are sent to us without first contacting customer service.
Please note that opened products are not eligible for returns. For example, opened collectible card packs (including protective wrapping) and similar products are no longer in resalable condition once opened.
Non-collected Shipments Returned to the Sender
In the rare event that a package we have sent is returned to us as uncollected, we will automatically refund the amount, deducting the costs incurred (delivery fee and materials).
